When I'm not kerning text, making maps, and moving charts around a screen, you'll find me in my home studio, surrounded by my four-legged creative directors: Flora (an enthusiastically opinionated dog), Berry (a feline art critic), and an ever-growing collection of houseplants that threaten to turn my workspace into an urban jungle. I share this botanical wonderland with my partner Mark. In my spare time, I love backpacking, biking, hiking, wildlife photography, and traveling. Originally from the Indianapolis area, I attended school in Bloomington, Indiana (where I currently live), and have also lived in Saint Brieuc, France, and spent ten years in Washington, DC.
